Hi everyone, my name is Arsen Margaryan, and I am excited to introduce you to the third part of Discovering Houdini RBD, which is a continuation of the previous two parts, and therefore I strongly recommend watching this lesson only after watching the first and second parts.

So in this lesson, we will continue to explore the new nodes from the rigid body section that we have not touched on in previous lessons, and we will do it in great detail and on specific examples so as not to leave the slightest misunderstanding.

In addition to the new nodes, we will also look at common problems with rigid bodies and show you how to troubleshoot them properly, and In this process, we will also touch on a number of important solver settings that you need to be aware of to avoid strange behavior that can ruin the whole simulation.

We'll also look at some standard procedures that are followed for almost every RBD setup.


Finally, I would like to add that we will be doing all of our work using the new RBD workflow, which is surprisingly simple but very powerful and you'll be sure of that after watching this series of tutorials devoted to rigid bodies and since the source of all these three tutorials is the official documentation, you will find a lot of useful and verified information.
